Terms of Service — Mythpact

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Mythpact you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Mythpact is a free-to-play online card game. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Accounts

You must be 13 or older to create an account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure
You may not share, sell or transfer your account
One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

Cheat, exploit bugs or use third party software to gain advantage
Harass, abuse or threaten other players
Attempt to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours
Use the game for any commercial purpose without our permission
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or redistribute any part of the game

5. Virtual Currency — Drachma

Drachma is a virtual currency with no real-world monetary value
Drachma cannot be transferred between accounts
Drachma cannot be exchanged for real money under any circumstances
Earned Drachma (from gameplay) and purchased Drachma are subject to the same terms
We reserve the right to adjust Drachma balances or the value of in-game items at any time

6. Purchases

All purchases are made in GBP
Payments are processed securely by Stripe
We do not store your payment card details
Purchased Drachma is credited to your account immediately on payment confirmation

7. Refund Policy

Virtual currency (Drachma) and virtual items are non-refundable once credited to your account. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that digital content is supplied immediately upon payment and waive your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of demonstrable technical error resulting in non-delivery. To request a review contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in Mythpact including card artwork, game mechanics, names and branding is owned by Ryan Edwards. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mythpact is provided as is. We make no warranties about uptime, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability for any claim arising from use of Mythpact is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Mythpact after changes constitutes acceptance.
